Your Questions Answered
How do I register for a class?
You can register online through your Jackrabbit Parent Portal. If you have not yet set up your Portal, simply click on REGISTER FOR CLASSES and fill out the online registration form with all needed information. Once you select your classes, create a password, agree to studio policies, and enter your payment information, you will be sent a confirmation email.
What should my child wear to class?
Specific dress codes vary by style of dance. Ballet classes require a leotard and tights with hair in a bun. For hip hop, comfortable athletic wear and sneakers are appropriate. For all other classes body fitting clothing that your dancer can easily move in is great for class. Appropriate shoes for each style of dance is required. You can get the correct shoes at any dance retailer.
Can parents watch the classes?
Yes, parents are welcome to watch their child's dance class through the viewing windows in each of our studios. However, we've found that dancers are better able to focus and get the most out of their class when parents aren't present. We encourage you to take this time for a coffee break or to run errands. We'll be sure to notify you of any special 'Observation Weeks' where you can come inside and watch the class up close!"
What should I do if my child is sick?
To ensure the health of all our dancers and staff, please keep your child home if they are experiencing any signs of illness. Once your child is feeling better, you can schedule a makeup class. To do so, please let us know they will be absent by: Calling the studio at (719) 598-4426 and leaving a voicemail with your child's name, class day, and time. Sending a message through our Band page for the class.
